  1. Mix together all of the above, chill, and serve with corn chips.
  2. NOTE: Haven't tried this yet, but I think it would be really good mixed with plain rice and served as a salad, too.
  3. NOTE 2: The original recipe called for banana peppers, but Mashawn used jalapenos instead. We all loved the heat!
