Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 13 x 9 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine frozen corn, cream corn, jalapeno peppers, onions, sour cream and eggs in a large bowl.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour into baking dish and bake uncovered for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
