Ingredients:

  • 1 cup + 2 tsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk together thoroughly:
  3. Cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  4. /2 teaspoon baking soda
  5. Beat on medium speed until very fluffy and well blended:
  6. Tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  7. /2 cup sugar
  8. /2 cup packed brown sugar
  9. Add and beat until well combined:
  10. Large egg
  11. /4 teaspoon salt
  12. /2 teaspoons vanilla
  13. /2 cup peanut butter
  14. Stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture until wel blendd and smooth. Stir in:
  15. Cup milk chocolate chips
  16. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees. Enjoy!
