Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic mashed
  • 1 tsp oil ( peanut
  • 1 package. 8 to 10 oz fresh mushrooms
  • 1 large onion ( whichever you prefer white,red or yellow) cut in wedges
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Heat Oil in Large Fry Pan Over Medium-High Heat
  2. Add Crushed or Mashed Garlic
  3. Stir Until Brown
  4. Reduce Heat To Medium
  5. Stir In Green Beans, Onions, And Mushrooms
  6. Pour Soy Sauce Evenly Over Vegetables
  7. Cover With Lid and Steam For Around 5 to 8 Minutes ( Do Not Overcook)
  8. Remove Lid And Serve Hot (may or may not drain liquid)
