Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. For the Cookies:
  2. Prehat oven on 350F or 180C.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  4. Beat in sugar and baking powder.
  5. Stir in digestive crumbs and pecans.
  6. Line a baking tin with parchment paper.
  7. Put mixture into a piping bag (I used an ordinary plastic bag and made a small hole) and pipe them out.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Let them cool down in the oven.
