Italian-Style Sauteed Seitan

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan and slice seitan into 1/4 inch slices.
  2. Warm pizza sauce in a small saucepan or microwave while the pan is heating.
  3. Add seitan slices to the pan, saute 2-3 minutes on each side or until browning.
  4. Remove seitan to plates and evenly top with warm pizza sauce and fresh mozzarella.
