  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 1 cup squash
  • 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil
  2. Saute onion, zucchini and squash
  3. Add tomatoes ad italian herbs
  4. Cover and simmer
