Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil water, add salt, 1 Tbsp. butter and rice.
  2. Cook for 20 minutes.
  3. After the rice sets a short time; add 2 beaten eggs, 1 Tbsp. butter, one tsp salt, Marinara sauce for color, (colors the rice a nice pink) Mozzarella, and grated Romano.
  4. Mix until well blended and cheese begins to melt.
  5. Form balls with rice mixture.
  6. Dip the rice balls into the remaining 3 beaten eggs, and then roll in bread crumbs.
  7. Deep fry until golden.
