Italian Carrot and Onion Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 large carrot sticks
  • 1 medium slice onion
  • 1/3 cup pasta sauce
  • 1 pinch garlic
  • 1 pinch fresh parsley

Directions:

  1. Peel carrots and cut into small diagonal slices.
  2. Mince onion slice.
  3. Put carrots and onions in a bowl.
  4. Pour pasta sauce over salad along with garlic and parsley.
  5. Mix well-chill until serving.
