Directions:

  1. In large soup pot over medium-low, cook carrots, garlic and onion until starting to soften.
  2. Add beans, Italian seasoning, vegetable broth, salt and pepper.
  3. Bring to boil, stirring often, boil for 5 minutes turn down heat and simmer for 20.
  4. Add soy milk, let soy milk warm, then serve.
