Ingredients:

  • 8 small zucchini
  • 2 tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cuops spaghetti sauce (prego is best)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme (leaf )
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • dash of pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat in skillet 2 tbsp. margarine
  2. Add & saute for about 5 minutes the 1/2 onion,- sliced zucchini
  3. Add the spaghetti sauce the parmesan cheese, salt, thyme,
  4. Oregno, basil & pepper
  5. Cover & simmer just til crisp or tender
