Directions:

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper in crock pot
  2. Add meat, stir to coat
  3. Add all remaining ingredients
  4. Stir to mix well
  5. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours OR on high 4-6 hours
  6. Stir before serving
  7. Remove bay leaf
  8. MAY SERVE WITH CABBAGE SLAW and CORNBREAD MUFFINS
