Instant Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Boil water in a medium saucepan.
  2. Meanwhile, mix potato flakes and garlic salt.
  3. Add boiling water to potato flakes.
  4. Stir in milk and margarine.
  5. (NOTES: Adjust measurements except for garlic salt according to box directions. I like to use Idaho Spuds brand.).
