Indian Spice Walnuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 4 cups walnut halves, and pieces

Directions:

  1. Coat large shallow baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix egg whites with spices and sugar.
  3. Stir in walnuts and coat well.
  4. Spread onto prepared pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes or until dry and crisp.
  6. Cool.
