Indian Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 gallon milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup rice

Directions:

  1. In a large pot add the milk and rice.
  2. Heat on low until thick (1-2 hours).
  3. Stir every now and then.
  4. Add the sugar and a pinch of cardamom.
  5. Stir.
