Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Grease a deep pie pan or Pyrex dish.
  3. Mix first 5 ingredients in pie pan.
  4. Beat remainder of ingredients in blender for 1 minute.
  5. Pour into pie pan.
  6. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with tossed salad.
