Impossible Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup bisquick
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease 10 pan, put rhubarb in pan. Blend all remaining ingredients for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour over rhubarb. Let set for a few minutes.
  4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
