Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups solid packed can pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. In blender, combine all the ingredients; blend on low for 2 minutes.
  2. Grease and flour a 10-inch pie plate. Pour in the filling and bake for 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
