Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Stir and boil until hard-cracked stage.
  3. While warm, pull into long strips until white.
  4. Place on waxed paper.
  5. Break into small pieces.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
