I Want S'more Muffins

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in egg.
  3. Stir in sour cream.
  4. Combine the flour,graham cracker crumbs, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda.
  5. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk just until moistened.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Coat six muffin cups with cooking spray.
  8. Fill one-fourth full with batter.
  9. Spoon 1 Tbsp marshmellow creme into each muffin cup.
  10. Top with remaining batter.
  11. Bake at 400 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  12. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack.
  13. Serve warm.
  14. Note: Fill empty muffin cups halfway with water before baking.
