Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix corn flour, all purpose flour, egg, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and salt to thick batter. Add water if required.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the batter and marinate for an hour.
  3. Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till they turn golden.
  4. Add color to the curd, mix well and keep aside.
  5. Heat 4 tsp of oil in a pan, add chillies, curry leaves, fry for a minute.
  6. Now add curd, fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Add the fried chiken and mix well. keep on tossing the chicken. Let it fry for 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
