Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. top round cubed
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsps paprika
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
  • 1 12 oz. can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Place flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a plastic bag. Add meat cubes and shake thoroughly to coat the cubes evenly. Heat butter in skillet and brown the cubes.
  3. Add onions and peppers. Saute until onions are translucent. Pour into a large baking dish. Add stewed tomatoes and broth.
  4. Cover and bake for 2 hours.
  5. Serve over buttered egg noodles.
