Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 pork tenderloin (1 lb each)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions:

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Cut each tenderloin into six pieces; flatten to about 1-inch thickness. Melt butter in large skillet. Dip pork into flour mixture; add to skillet and brown on both sides. Place in an ungreased 11x7 baking dish. In the same skillet, saute onion and garlic until tender. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Pour over pork. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the juices run clear and a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
