Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash chicken pieces and trim off excess skin then rub all over with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Place in crock pot then scatter onion over chicken and pour in chicken broth.
  3. Cover tightly and cook on high setting for 30 minutes then turn to low setting and cook 7 hours.
  4. Just before serving stir in sour cream.
