Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 clove fresh garlic
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a Food Processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust (lemon, garlic, water).
  2. Add salt, to taste.
