Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) can garbanzo beans , liquid reserved
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Drain liquid from beans and reserve.
  2. Blend all ingredients with 1/4 c liquid.
  3. Add more liquid and seasonings to taste.
