Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate before serving. This tastes better when kept overnight in refrigerator. Will keep for one week in the refrigerator and three months in the freezer.
