Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) bag hulski noodles (if you can'tsp find hulski noodles, any small floured noodle will work)

Directions:

  1. Cut cabbage into bite size chunks and set aside.
  2. Cook noodles to al dente and set aside.
  3. In a large deep frying pan, fry bacon chunks.
  4. When bacon is not quite crispy add cabbage into bacon and grease.
  5. Cook approx 20 minutes until cabbage is wilty; add butter if mixture is dry.
  6. Add cooked noodles and cook for 10 minutes more, stirring often.
