Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream and parmesan cheese.
  3. Add creamed spinach and Tiger Sauce. Tiger Sauce can be found at most grocery stores with the rest of the hot sauces.
  4. Mix in diced jalapeno and tomato.
  5. Spread mixture in a greased, small glass baking pan. Top with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs if desired.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the cheddar cheese is melted and bubbling.
  7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and serve with tortilla chips. I mix the cheddar cheese in with the rest of the dip, but that's just my preference.
