Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare muffin mix as directed on the package, using milk, butter, and egg
  2. Stir the chilies into the batter. don't over mix
  3. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. use paper-cup lined mini-muffin pan ( paper-cup size 1 3/4 x 1 inch )
  4. Top each with 1/4 teaspoon jelly in the middle of the muffin
  5. Press jelly lightly into the batter
  6. Bake at 400' F for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown
  7. Immediately remove from muffin pan.
  8. Top each muffin with additional 1/4 teasp. jelly
  9. Serve warm
