  1. In one quart casserole, combine soup mix, ricotta, 1/2 cup
  2. Monterey jack cheese and bacon.
  3. Top with remaining montery jack cheese and bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Serve with crackers.
  5. Makes about 2 1/2 cups dip.
