Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups water

Directions:

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Combine topping of last 4 ingredients. Pour over cake batter and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
