Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Using melon baller,scoop cantelope into balls. Zest and juice 1 orange. Peel remaining orange and slice into 1/4 rounds.
  2. In bowl,combine next 3 ingredients,2Tbs orange juice and 1 Tbs orange zest. Stir in dried fruit. Add melon balls;toss gently to coat.
  3. Arrange orange slices on platter lined with lettuce leaves,if desired. Spoon melon mixture onto orange slices. Sprinkle with chives.
