Hot Blondies (For Passover)

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease an 8 x 13 to 11x 15 pan.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar together.
  3. Belnd in cocoa, oil, and slat.
  4. Gradually mix in the cake meal; add nuts and/or chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
  6. Serve warm for Hot Blondies but cool blondies are yummy too!
