Hot And Spicy Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook spinach according to package directions.
  2. Drain spinach well, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid.
  3. In saucepan, melt butter.
  4. Add flour and cook until bubbly.
  5. Add half and half and spinach cooking liquid.
  6. Cook, stirring, until mixture thickens.
  7. Add cheese, pepper, celery salt, garlic powder and Worcestershire.
  8. Fold in spinach.
  9. Spoon into greased 1 quart baking dish.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
  11. Serve with tortilla chips.
