Hot And Cheesy Bean Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup. sour cream
  • 1/2 cup. chunky salsa
  • 1 1.25 oz. package. taco seasoning
  • 2 cup. shredded cheese (i like a cheddar jack mexican mix)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients, save 1 cup of cheese, together.
  3. Divide mixture between two pie plates.
  4. Sprinkle remaining cheese over bean mixture.
  5. Bake 1, covered with aluminum foil, for 45-50 min.
  6. Uncover and continue to bake until cheese is golden and bubbling.
  7. *If you only need one dip, the second one freezes wonderfully*
