Directions:

  1. -Apricot Honey-
  2. Finely chop apricots or coarsely chop and complete in blender or food processor. Combine apricots and honey.
  3. Pour into a jar to store. Keeps indefinitely.
  4. -For Apricot Honey with Almonds-
  5. Fallow step 2 then add chopped almonds and cinnamon. then pour into jar.
  6. -Honey butter-
  7. Cream butter. Gradually add honey and nutmeg.
  8. -For Honey Butter with Fruit-
  9. Cream butter. Gradually add grated lemon rind and chopped prunes or dates or apricots.
