Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375'
  2. Lightly coat 11x7' baking pan with cooking spray or line with foil.
  3. Place potatoes and onions in a lg. bowl In small bowl,combine butter,honey,mustard,salt and pepper.Pour over potatoes and mix to coat.
  4. Put potatoes on baking sheet and bake for 45mins to 1 hour till tender,stirring halfway through
  5. Note:
  6. I baste often and I add a little tihyme to the mixture. If you want them a little crisper,pop under the broiler for a min. or 2.
