Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients.
  3. Combine milk, honey, egg, and butter.
  4. Add to sifted flour mixture.
  5. Stir quickly, just to moisten ingredients.
  6. Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
