Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Grease, line or spray muffin pan.
  3. Sift flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
  4. Stir in brown sugar and pecans.
  5. In a separate bowl, stir together eggs, milk, vanilla, butter and melted chocolate.
  6. Stir dry mixture into wet mixture, mixing ONLY until combined.
  7. Don't overmix the batter.
  8. Gently stir in vanilla chips.
  9. Divide evenly among 14-18 muffin cups.
  10. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until done.
  11. Glaze directions: Place butter, brown sugar, sugar and cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
  12. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
  13. Let boil for 1 minute longer, stirring constantly.
  14. Remove pan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  15. Spoon, spread or drizzle warm glaze over cooled muffins.
