Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. In medium bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Pour into 10 cast iron skillet. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
