Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup torn fresh mint

Directions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients and 1 cup water in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; cool. Strain and chill until ready to use. Before serving, stir in 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint.
