Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Cook carrots
  2. In skillet, melt margarine.
  3. Stir cornstarch in orange juice and add to skillet
  4. Add salt and honey.
  5. Stir until thickened.
  6. Add carrots and cook on low heat for 5 minutes
