Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions:

  1. In a chilled bowl, beat 2 cups chilled whipping cream until stiff, gradually adding honey and ginger.
  2. Chill 1 to 2 hours before serving.
