Honey Corn-Flake-Crumb Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2-3/4 cup corn flakes

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray a casserole dish with Pam.
  3. Coat chicken with honey and mustard.
  4. Sprinkle both sides with crumbs and the seasonings.
  5. Place chicken (in single layer) in casserole dish.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until golden and turn over halfway though cooking.
