Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Combine the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat well, until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the honey, continuing to mix, and then beat in the flour a little at a time.
  4. Add the nuts.
  5. Allow mixture to rest for 1/2 hour.
  6. Grease a baking sheet.
  7. Drop small mounds of batter on the sheet.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cookies are a rich brown.
