Honey Cheesecake With Almond And Coconut Crust

Ingredients:

  • crust
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • filling
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 envolope unflavored geletin
  • 1/4 cups water

Directions:

  1. Crust
  2. In a springform pan, combine almond and coconut with melted butter and honey, press into pan and bank the edge
  3. Bake for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven. let cool
  4. Filling
  5. Sprinkle geletin over cold water, after the geletin has softened, bring water to a boil
  6. Combine cream cheese, cream, honey and vanilla with a mixerr. Mix on high until fluffy
  7. Pour hot geletin water over and mix well
  8. Pour into baked crust, refridgorate until set.
