Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp bbq
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb carrots
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced (i just used onion powder)
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel the carrots, remove both ends and cut into 2"-3" pieces. If the carrots are really thick, cut them in half lengthwise too. Melt the butter in a saucepan big enough to hold the carrots. Add the onions and cook over medium heat 3 minutes. Add the BBQ 3000 to the pan. Cook another 2 minutes and then add the carrots. Toss to coat, add the water, and bring it to near boil. Pour into a baking dish, drizzle with honey and dill weed, cover and place in the oven. Stir every 15 minutes. The carrots should be fully cooked but not mushy in about 40 minutes.
