Ingredients:

  • 500 g carrots , sliced lengthwise
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish.
  2. Cover and cook for 4-6 minutes in the microwave on HIGH.
  3. Serve.
