Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups wheat bran
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients and spoon into greased muffin tin.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
